Artworks of former carpenter Clay Ketter

The former carpenter Clay Ketter constructs walls in the space between house-like interiors and modern abstract painting. They are at once narrative and void of references.—Arken Museum via But does it float

The use of floor plan like imaginary coupled with decay and debris form a narrative a history of what could have been of what happened and no longer is.
i find these works interesting both visually and historically as well as artistically and architecturally and remind me of the pastiche quality of my site vignette collages.
